Liteblue ePayroll is a web-based program that lets you view your current earnings, make changes, update your address, and access other features of USPS Liteblue. It was designed as an alternative for USPS employees who need to log into their accounts frequently and are unable to do so with the standard Liteblue interface. The USPS has a new way of managing its payroll called LiteBlue ePayroll. Once you have created your account, you will need the following information in order to log in. 

Step 1: Visit the  ePayroll portal

The first thing you should need to do is Visit the ePayroll portal from the USPS Liteblue website from your browser

Step 2: Click the login button

In the second step, you need to click the login button

Step 3: Enter the EIN 

After clicking the login, you can see the two-step information required, and here you have to enter the EIN. The EIN is your Employee Identification Number.

Step 4: Enter the SS password

After entering the Employee Identification Number. Now enter your SS password. This is your Self Service Password

Sep 5: Click the sign-in button

After entering the correct Employee Identification Number and Self-Service Password 

Click the sign-in button.

What if you forgot your password

Did you forget your password? Don’t worry. You can reset your password following these simple steps.

Step 1: Click the Forgot password?

Click the Forgot password? Link in the lower-right corner of the screen. Enter your username and email address. You will receive an email with a link you can use to reset your password. 

Step 3: Enter the correct credentials

The next step is entering your credentials. When you sign in, you’ll need to enter the following information. * Username, which is your email address. The password is the password that you created when signing up for an account with USPS. Remember, it’s case-sensitive! Other credentials might be required depending on your access rights or the level of access granted by management.

Step 4: You will receive a pin code through text msg or email

If you have an email address, a PIN code will be sent to you. If not, the code will be texted to your phone number. You’ll need this pin code in order for the next steps of this process to work correctly. Once you receive your PIN, enter it into the login field and click continue.
